As CEO of Enterprise Consulting Management LLC, he specializes in bridging operational gaps for small and mid-size businesses while building scalable solutions for long-term success.
Russell's career spans Director-level leadership at Honeywell International, Smartrac Technology, and United Technologies, where he led global quality teams across 7 international sites, managed complex NPI transfers and supplier transitions, and drove measurable improvements in customer satisfaction. At Trane/Ingersoll Rand, he generated $400M in innovation revenue through program management leadership and improved NPS by 7 points while reducing call abandonment from 12% to 7%.
He founded ECM in 2017 to bring that same executive-caliber expertise directly to businesses that need it most — through short-term consulting, fractional leadership, project-based engagements, and advisory coaching. His approach combines executive presence with hands-on technical depth across quality systems, compliance, supplier development, and process optimization.
